Good luck to A/B,10A and 9A teams who compete at the OSS netball tournament on Sunday and Monday. Thank you to Keira Frisby, Ella Holgate and Sophie Jack who will umpire at this tournament.


HOCKEY

No game for 11 aside 

6 aside won 5-3 against Queens highschool. Some phenomenal team work and skill is starting to come through. 


RUGBY

1stXV - 94-0 win against Taieri College 1stXV

POD: Finn Gilder

A huge win for the 1stXV with Henry Craig earning his 1stXV cap and Daniel Witt, Lochie McKenzie, Johnston Phillips and William Maze making their debut.

Junior Girls - 32-25 win against Columba Juniors

POD: Isla Keighley


BOYS FOOTBALL

Both boys football teams continued their winning streak for the season. 

First X1 boys won 3 - 1 in a hard fought game. James Uren was player of the day for a magnificent goal. 

Second XI boys won 12 - 0. Especially pleasing were that we had 8 different goal scorers. Blake Jenkinson was player of the day with his first goal for the school.

 

GIRLS FOOTBALL

First eleven lost to Queens A. We held them out well for most of the game but they had a great last 10 minutes. POD was Mabel Ferguson and Megan park made some great goal saving challenges.

 

Seconds lost 3-1 to Columba College. Mia Cable scored our goal and POD was Zayna Cachila.

 

BOYS BASKETBALL

Falcons lost to Otago Boys High School Red

Offensive Player of the Day Marco Smales; Defensive Player of the Day Zack Smith. 

Awesome work from Rylie Woodrow and congratulations to Benji May who refereed his first senior game at the Edgar Centre with success. Well done. 

 

Mata Au Te Awa lost to Logan Park High School A Team 46/48. 

Offensive Player of the Day Teawa Ketike; Defensive Player of the Isaac McCarthy

 

Iwi Katea Te Ra won convincingly to Logan Park High School B Team 82/58

Offensive Player of the Day Luka May; Defensive Player of the Day Kingston Davis. 

 

MIXED BASKETBALL

Junior Pango lost to Lawrence 51/49

Players of the Day were Cooper Geary and Owen Mori-Olivera

 

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Senior Girls Basketball lost to Waitaki Girls A

Player of the day went to Izarra Burne who was aggressive on offense.
