This week we have had a busy week with a number of students sitting the Common Assessment Activities (CAAs) for Literacy Reading, Literacy Writing and Numeracy.

 For a number of Year 10 students, this is their first experience of an NCEA external assessment. I was impressed with how students generally took these very seriously and we look forward to seeing their results later this year. 

There will be catch-up tests next week and students are encouraged to check their school emails for information regarding these. If there are any questions they should contact Ms Beaumont [email protected]

If students are not successful in achieving the Literacy or Numeracy tests they will have opportunities again next year with the CAAs.
