In 2026 South Otago High School will celebrate its centenary and planning is underway for this event. It will be held in Easter 2026 at the High School.

A planning committee has been formed with Ken Blair the elected chairperson. In the coming months ex students and staff will receive information through a website, Facebook page and other media.
